Report your return
Use the withdrawal form and you'll get a confirmation right away. Email works too; include your order number.
Send your order back
With all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
You get your money back
Once your return arrives, we check it and refund you.

Include your order number so we know straight away which order it belongs to.
Don't send your return on a Friday: nobody is there on Saturday to accept the parcel.
