We ship everything with PostNL from our own warehouse in Waalwijk. Every shipment comes with a track & trace code.
Ordered on a working day before 15:00? Then it ships today.
Ordering later, or at the weekend? Then we ship your order on the next working day.

If your order fits through the letterbox, you pay the letterbox rate. You see which shipping method applies at checkout. Packaging and handling are included.

Track & trace
As soon as we've packed and completed your order, you'll get a shipping confirmation by email with the PostNL track & trace link. It can take a while before PostNL has scanned the parcel and the status shows.

Is your address wrong?
Let us know as soon as possible and include your order number, and we'll correct it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we have to charge the extra costs.
Hasn't your order arrived yet?
Still nothing 5 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation? Let us know as soon as possible and we'll find out what happened.
If we don't hear from you, we assume everything arrived safely.
